Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

please note that this process may take 6-7 working days.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).     

please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.
Return Policy:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

  • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
  •  send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
  •  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

2.How will I get my refund?

There are two options for refund:

  •  What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want to purchase and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Jazz cash.

Please note that this process may take 30 working days.
